Tobacco flowers are blooming pink as gauchos call their horses in for the evening. A polo ball drops on a perfectly levelled field and somewhere in the mountains climbers are scaling rockface while tourists walk across glaciers and blue dollars are being traded. Kids are walking to school through barbecue smoke that bellows from construction worksites as cumbia music plays. At a traffic stop, a woman sips matte through her metal straw and shares it with her friends. Chamuyeros are flirting and protests are erupting and fresh fruit is being plucked from the tree.
